Following up a question

Keep a clear record.
Know the next step.

Prepare the information you need for a follow-up conversation. This page does not show the status of a case in the SACCO’s systems.

Four practical steps.

01

Record what happened.

Note the service, date and outcome you seek. Keep your message without including a PIN, password or security code.

02

Confirm receipt.

Ask whether the SACCO received your question, any reference they provide and whom to contact again. Downloading a note here does not send it.

03

Agree on the next step.

Ask what information is needed and when they advise you to follow up. Record what was agreed instead of assuming a deadline.

04

If it remains unresolved.

Review your notes and the responses received. Ask the SACCO for its approved complaint or escalation process.

Your preparation checklist.

Download the worksheet (TXT)

Continue where you need.

Educational reference.

General preparation guidance. The SACCO confirms the terms of the service you need.

  2. Keep the correspondence

  3. Find the next contact
